Opal and Onyx Condominiums

The Opal Residences, a 6-story multi-unit residence, located in Gravesend, is designed to cater to the elders of a tight-knit and lasting community in south Brooklyn. The ground-up building on Avenue U creates space that allows for an aging population to maintain proximity to their families and extended community nearby.

The Onyx Residences next door are a complementary 6-story multi-unit residence. This project features a dark gray concrete cladding in contrast with the limestone finish of Opal next door. Eight of the twelve Onyx residences are duplex units that feature grand double height spaces.

Interior finishes throughout are carefully selected for their elegance and timelessness and unit layouts are bespoke - offering a non-typical layout for a variety of family types/uses.
